The Humboldt Bay Marathon and Half Marathon is set to take place in Arcata, California on Sunday August 14th, 2016. Fifty States Half Marathon Club members will receive a 10% discount off both the full and half marathon.
The half marathon course is extremely scenic. The first 10 miles are almost completely flat, and then the course crosses Humboldt Bay over a series of three bridges each about a 30 foot climb with long gentle slopes. The views over the bay and into Eureka are breath taking. The last mile is through historic Old Town Eureka and the Eureka Waterfront.
There will be beer, food and music at the finish area! The photo below will be featured on their shirts and their very solid finisher's medals!
