At 6pm MDT today June 20th, 2017, an email will go out to Fifty States Half Marathon Club members, with a special code for FREE entries to the first FIVE members of our club who register for the Historic Clinton Half Marathon, set to take place February 24th, 2018 in Clinton, Missouri. All additional official club members will receive a 50% discount to the half marathon!
The Clinton Historic Half Marathon course takes runners along a variety of historical landmarks. The course is mostly flat with one LARGE hill a quarter mile before the finish line. The course is a large loop around the small town of Clinton, about 9,000 people, and will highlight many of the historic sites in town with signs throughout explaining what is or used to be at the site (hence the name of the race). The race starts and finishes on the largest town square in Missouri.
This half marathon has a 3.5 hour time limit.
